Display & built
Oppo N3 features a 5.5inch TFT display with FULL HD (1920 x 1080) resolution with 403 ppi. It is kind of shame that they went with a FULL HD panel even after having aa phone with 2K display on the market, Oppo Find 7.
In terms of design Oppo N3 features a robust industrial grade aluminum alloy 7075 micro-arc frame. It also features the skyline notification find on Find 7.
Finger Print Scanner
N3 replaces the old O-Touch panel N1 with a fingerprint scanner, which still retains the ability to be used as a touch pad, but also allows users to assign different fingerprints to different functions and apps, expanding the phone’s quick access functionality.
Specifications
Under the hood it features Qualcomm® Snapdragon™ 801 (MSM8974AA) clocked at 2.3GHz processor with 600MHz Adreno 33 GPU along with 2GB RAM. It has 32GB internal memory and comes with external storage upto 128GB .
Camera
It features a 16MP rear camera with an aperture of f2.2 and it is equipped with Dual LED flash . The OmniVision OV16825 sensor inside it is 1/2.3inch. It can capture 4K videos too. The swiveling camera now has a motorized mechanism, made in partnership with Schneider Electric, which can rotate the sensor around up to 206 degrees, which will allow it to take panoramic pictures automatically, without requiring the user to spin the device around. The camera also features a Tracking Focus feature, which should help users keep moving objects in focus.
Software
The UI will be Oppo’s home-brewed Color OS 2.0i – now built on top of Android 4.4.4 KitKat. The OS provides enhanced user experience, with gesture-based controls, floating notifications, and a lot more features for customization.
Battery
Oppo N3 comes with a 3,000mAh battery. The phone supports OPPO’s VOOC technology introduced with Find 7, which allows one to charge their phone to 75% capacity in just 30 minutes.

The device is set to launch by the end of 2014, with a price tag of $649.
